A Note From The Restaurant

Due to the size of our small restaurant your table will be allocated to you for 2 hours for parties of 6 or less and 2 hours 30 minutes for parties 6 and above. For parties 10 and above a deposit is required of $50BBD per person, this payment will be applied to your bill automatically when you come in to dine. We may contact you about this reservation so please ensure all contact information entered is accurate and up to date should we need to contact you.

We will hold your reserved table for 15 minutes from the scheduled time, please be advised that an incomplete party will not be seated. A call to us ahead of time would be greatly appreciated if your party is running late and we will do our best to accommodate your booking. Should the restaurant not be warned about any delay or cancellation, the time slot may be given to another customer.

CAKE POLICY

At Sake our talented pastry team can create a bespoke birthday cake for your celebration. To discuss your requirements, please contact us at hello@sakebarbados.com.

Should you wish to bring your own cake, we kindly ask that you notify us in advance of your reservation. This allows us to arrange refrigerated storage upon arrival and prepare and serve your cake on decorated plates.

A cakeage fee will apply to all externally supplied cakes:

• BDS $100 for parties of up to 8 guests
• BDS $150 for parties of 9 guest or more

Please note that outside cakes cannot be brought into the restaurant without prior approval from our reservations team.
